About The Position

Community Eldercare Services (CES) is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized care to residents and support their well-being and comfort. The role involves direct care on an assigned unit, assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring for changes in condition, and completing assigned care and documentation. The position is full-time, with a second shift available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. CES describes its mission as reconnecting people to life through compassionate, individualized service. Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular direct-care rounds on the assigned unit, monitor activity, and help ensure residents’ needs are met, including assisting with activities of daily living.
Maintain positive relationships with residents and patients.
Notify the charge nurse of any change in a resident’s or patient’s condition.
Obtain vital signs, weights, and heights as instructed by the charge nurse.
Complete assigned duties and required documentation.
Coordinate and prepare for new admissions, transfers, and discharges in the Transitional Care Unit.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Follow infection prevention and control practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
