About The Position
Right at Home is hiring compassionate and reliable CNAs for overnight in-home care. Join a supportive team where your work directly helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a part-time/full-time position with an overnight shift (10 PM – 8 AM or similar).
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (preferred)
- Previous caregiving or overnight experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care
- Support mobility: transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Provide bedtime/overnight assistance and companionship
- Offer medication reminders
- Support hospice and comfort care needs
- Use equipment such as gait belts
- Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
