Right at Home is hiring compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for overnight in-home care. Requirements

  • Active CNA certification (required)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Reliable transportation
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Previous caregiving or overnight experience preferred
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts, Foley care, and ROM exercises is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting
  • Support mobility: transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
  • Provide incontinence care and bedtime/overnight assistance
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with range of motion exercises (as directed)
  • Support hospice and comfort care needs
  • Prepare light meals/snacks if needed
  • Perform light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and overnight supervision
  • Use equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)
  • Follow individualized care plans under nurse supervision
