About The Position
MRC’s Stevenson Oaks Retirement Community in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents in Memory Care. The role works a rotating schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with every other weekend off, and includes a $2 night-shift differential. Stevenson Oaks offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities, provides compassionate support, maintains documentation, works with the care team, and participates in community events and activities. The role is suited to someone who values elder care, service, teamwork, and building meaningful connections with seniors.
Requirements
- Current Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or the ability to obtain it as required by regulation.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Aide program.
- A heart for service and a team spirit.
- Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections.
- High school graduation or equivalent is desired.
