About The Position
Alexandria Health and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility in Alexandria, Indiana, seeking compassionate Nurse Aide Students. Our state-approved program provides students with the knowledge and skills to become a certified nursing assistant through hands-on training, classroom instruction, and clinical experience under experienced healthcare professionals. The program covers patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support. Successful completion may lead to permanent employment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate, written and oral
- Must be patient, have tact in dealing with others
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and perform heavy lifting
