About The Position

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants or 75-hour Certified Home Health Aides to provide in-home support to VIP and private-duty clients in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. The role focuses primarily on post-surgical recovery and personalized, non-skilled care. Employees help patients recover safely and comfortably at home while providing attentive, discreet, concierge-level service. The position offers stable hours, flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and employer-supported specialized training.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized personal care to VIP and private-duty clients, primarily supporting post-surgical recovery.
Assist patients recovering from surgical procedures and promote comfort, safety, and a positive recovery experience.
Anticipate patient needs and provide proactive, detail-oriented service.
Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, and dressing according to individualized care plans.
Create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive recovery environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Communicate with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support a seamless care experience.
Maintain patient confidentiality and respect privacy, particularly for high-profile and VIP clients.
Demonstrate hospitality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail in patient interactions.
Participate in specialized training in post-operative support, concierge services, and premium patient care.
