Certified Nursing Assistant or 75Hour Certified Home Health Aide
About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants or 75-hour Certified Home Health Aides to provide concierge-level personal care to VIP and private-duty clients in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. The role primarily supports post-surgical recovery and personalized care in patients’ homes. It offers PRN scheduling, with weekday and weekend availability requested. Care includes assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, and other non-skilled recovery needs in accordance with individualized care plans. The aide helps create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive recovery environment while providing compassionate, discreet, detail-oriented service. The role also involves communicating with patients, families, and the clinical care team and participating in specialized training for post-operative support, concierge services, and premium patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level personal care to VIP and private-duty clients, primarily supporting post-surgical recovery and personalized in-home care.
- Assist patients recovering from surgical procedures and promote their comfort, safety, and positive recovery experience.
- Anticipate patient needs and provide proactive, detail-oriented service.
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, and other non-skilled recovery needs in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive recovery environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Communicate with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support a seamless, personalized care experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy, particularly when serving high-profile and VIP clientele.
- Demonstrate hospitality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail in patient interactions.
- Participate in specialized training in post-operative support, concierge services, and premium patient care.
