About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides care in Skilled Nursing Facilities that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served and is consistent with recovery-centered care principles. Shifts are available on an On Call basis, with days and shifts varying as needed. The expected starting wage range is $23.00 - $27.63 per hour, with additional differentials for weekend shifts (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift). Geographic differentials are also applied based on the role's location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification
- Valid and current driver’s license
- Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
