About The Position
Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 35 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5-star nursing home rating – Quality Care. We are currently seeking hospitality minded Certified Nursing Assistants that also have a Med Tech certificate for all shifts. The Med Tech certificate must be current within 12 months. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents.
Requirements
- South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- Current med tech certification
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass a physical
Nice To Haves
- Med Tech certificate must be current within 12 months
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Transfers, transport and escort residents as needed.
- Answer call lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Pass meds/treatments as scheduled.
- Be cognizant of medication indications and side effects.
- Notify proper staff members (LPN/RN) of any changes in condition or incidents/events.
