Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy

• Experience in hospice care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients
• Assist with activities of daily living and catheter care as needed
• Document patient care accurately in our EMR/EHR systems
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy
• Work closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team
• Help patients remain comfortable and cared for in the setting they call home
