Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to document patient care accurately in EMR/EHR systems
- HIPAA compliance and patient privacy maintenance
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients
- Assist with activities of daily living and catheter care as needed
- Document patient care accurately in our EMR/EHR systems
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team
- Help patients remain comfortable and cared for in the setting they call home
