About The Position

Prime Home Health and Companion Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you’ll provide essential care that includes personal care assistance, emotional support, and helping to create a safe, clean environment for each client. This role involves working directly with clients in their homes, providing essential care and companionship. The company is client-centered, serving the Springfield, MA, and Plainville, MA areas, and prides itself on providing compassionate, professional in-home care. Requirements

Current HHA certification.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.
Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required).
Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.
Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
