About The Position

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to join its healthcare team. The company has been a provider in the private-duty health care industry for over 25 years and focuses on delivering patient care and improving community health outcomes.

The role involves working with one patient for the complete shift, becoming familiar with the patient, their needs, and their family life. The caregiver assists with daily living activities, helps ensure patient comfort, and supports overall well-being and quality of life. The schedule is six hours per week in the morning, with no weekends, and pay is $22 per hour.

Requirements

• Florida state CNA certification or HHA certification with completion of a 75-hour HHA training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance card.
• TB test: a two-step test within the last 12 months or a QuantiFERON test within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
• Assist patients with lifting and transferring to support mobility.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Build relationships and enhance patients’ quality of life through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
