About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Committed Caregiver Program in Braintree, MA. This program offers guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, providing stability and support for caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. The role involves providing one-on-one care to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commit to a full-time, guaranteed 40-hour schedule

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
