About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate caregivers, Home Care Aides, and PCAs for flexible full-time and part-time opportunities across MA and NH. No experience is necessary as free training and certification are available for the right candidates. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of seniors while maintaining control over your schedule.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- No prior experience required if you have the right attitude and commitment to care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
- Run errands like grocery shopping and prescription pick-up.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior.
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment.
