About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/Home Health Aides for in-home work in Ocala and Marion County. The position offers PRN scheduling, with weekday and weekend availability and day shifts, including every other Saturday. Shifts range from 7 to 12 hours. The role provides personal care and private in-home services as assigned by a licensed professional. Caregivers follow individualized work plans and safely assist patients and clients with activities of daily living. VNA describes the work as an opportunity to help patients heal, recover, and remain independent at home.
Requirements
- Active Florida license or certification.
- One year of experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if applicable.
