About The Position
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA), a nonprofit home health provider, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for PRN shifts in Ocala and Marion County. The position offers 7- to 12-hour day shifts, including every other Saturday, with weekday and weekend availability. Employees provide personal care and private in-home services as assigned by a licensed professional, follow individualized work plans, and safely assist patients with activities of daily living. VNA describes the work as an opportunity to support patients’ healing, recovery, and independence at home.
Requirements
- Active Florida license or certification.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if applicable.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Weekday and weekend availability, including every other Saturday.
