Certified Nursing Assistant - CSR
About The Position
The CNA - CSR performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary for the personal needs and comfort of patients. This role assists with patient cleaning, feeding, and preparation for treatment, takes and records vital signs, changes bed linen, prepares treatment trays and other supplies, and assists nursing service personnel with a variety of other patient care duties. The CNA - CSR also supports the clinical staff by performing clerical tasks to ensure unit efficiency and provide outstanding customer service to patients and visitors. This position relies on established guidelines and works under close supervision.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to perform patient care activities
- Ability to assist with patient cleaning, feeding, and preparation for treatment
- Ability to take and record vital signs
- Ability to change bed linen
- Ability to prepare treatment trays and other supplies
- Ability to assist nursing service personnel
- Ability to perform clerical tasks
