Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have active CAN Minnesota certification
- Working every other weekend and some holidays is required
Responsibilities
- Significantly enhance residents’ quality of life by providing compassionate personal care and support, helping them maintain dignity and independence
- Build trusting relations through daily interactions, alleviating feelings of loneliness and fostering a sense of community among residents
- Ensure timely assistance with health and wellness through attentiveness to individual needs, contributing to better overall well-being and happiness for seniors
