Requirements

• Active Louisiana CNA certification (required)
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition
• Safely transfer and reposition residents
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Support restorative care and daily activities
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation
• Promote residents’ dignity, rights, and quality of life
