About The Position
Betz Nursing Home is offering a FREE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training program. This is an opportunity to turn your caring spirit into a career. Classes are starting May 25th in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The ASC Nurse Aide Training Program requires no previous experience, only a commitment to providing compassionate care. With free classroom and hands-on training, you can become a CNA in just a few weeks. Upon completion of the program and testing, you can find employment at any of ASC’s 100 locations across Indiana, with further opportunities for career advancement in nursing.

Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming tasks.
- Helping residents at mealtimes, including transportation and eating assistance.
- Repositioning and transferring residents between beds and wheelchairs, or to the toilet.
- Obtaining resident vital signs and recording observations.
- Answering patient call lights and fulfilling requests.
- Building relationships with residents and providing companionship.
