Requirements
- CNA certification (Arizona)
- Must have 1 year of experience
- CPR certification and TB clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Home health/hospice experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care under RN direction
- Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily needs
- Monitor and communicate changes in condition
