Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Georgia CNA License
• Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
• 6 months or more of professional caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, showering, shampooing, and grooming) and travel to the bathroom.
• Help prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding as needed, and provide fresh water and snacks.
• Help clients with ambulating, turning, positioning safely, and getting out of bed.
• Check and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Keep clients comfortable and immediately report any changes or observations to the nursing supervisor.
• Complete daily logs, forms, and records accurately to maintain top-tier care operations.
• Protect client confidentiality and follow all agency policies.
