About The Position
Cherry Hill Manor is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. They are a 5-star facility with CMS, focused on resident care and a team-oriented environment. Cherry Hill Manor is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a healthcare industry leader with over 200 locations. The CNA will be an important member of the interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. This includes delivering direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
- Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
