About The Position

Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team on the AM Shift. Requirements

Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Nice To Haves

Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care preferred
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
Take and document vital signs as assigned
Assist with meal service, hydration, and nutritional support
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Answer resident call lights promptly and respectfully
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team members
Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
