Requirements
- State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with their needs.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.) as directed by medical or nursing staff.
- Perform routine rounds on assigned residents following established procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
