About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and thoughtful individuals who share a passion for exceptional care in senior living. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers high-quality care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with daily living and providing essential support.

Qualified candidates who need certification may join as a NA Trainee and participate in a company-paid, two-week CNA certification program at the facility in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The program includes instruction and hands-on experience. Upon successful completion, trainees transition into a Certified Nursing Assistant role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from licensed nurses.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance, including safely transferring and positioning residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist residents during meals, including feeding those who need help.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and activities.
• Maintain clean and organized resident environments, including making beds and tidying living spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and infection-control measures to protect residents and staff.
