Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit Current Oregon CNA license CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) A genuine passion for caring for others Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stay positive and compassionate in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements (Real Talk) This is an active role. You’ll: Be on your feet, walking and assisting residents throughout your shift Lift/move up to ~60 lbs with proper equipment and team support Help residents safely transfer and move

Requirements

  • Current Oregon CNA license
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A genuine passion for caring for others
