Requirements

Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Genuine empathy, patience, and a drive to enrich the lives of senior adults.
Strong work ethic and dependable weekend attendance.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in long-term care or senior living is a plus (new grads are always welcome!).

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care, assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining).
Take and record vital signs, observing resident changes and reporting observations directly to the nurse on duty.
Respond promptly and warmly to resident call lights.
Build meaningful, uplifting relationships with our residents and their families.
Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure a clean, safe, and dignified care environment.
