About The Position

Gundersen Health System is seeking a CNA for our Neuroscience Unit. This role involves caring for neurosurgery patients and those with other neurological disorders such as spinal surgeries, deep brain stimulators, brain tumors/lesions, aneurysm treatment, lumbar drains, endovascular stroke treatment, seizures, and post traumas. The position is 0.5 FTE, requiring 40 hours bi-weekly, with rotating 8-hour Day/PM/Nights shifts (6:30am - 3:00pm, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm and 10:30pm-7:00am). Employees will work every other weekend and three holidays a year. Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities
