About The Position
Gundersen Health System is seeking a CNA for our Neuroscience Unit. This role involves caring for neurosurgery patients and those with other neurological disorders such as spinal surgeries, deep brain stimulators, brain tumors/lesions, aneurysm treatment, lumbar drains, endovascular stroke treatment, seizures, and post traumas. The position is 0.6 FTE, requiring 48 hours bi-weekly, with a 12-hour Day shift (6:30 am – 7 pm). Employees will work every other weekend and three holidays a year. Requirements
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
Responsibilities
