About The Position

River Crossing Assisted Living is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions. The role involves delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities, and routine tasks in accordance with accepted standards and regulations. The CNA will provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

Requirements

Active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Delivering and assisting residents with daily needs
Assisting with personal care needs
Assisting with preparation for activity and social programs
Performing routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements
Providing basic nursing care to residents within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities
Performing basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor
