Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kansas.
  • Experience in a memory care or dementia care setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including full-time days/evenings, part-time, and PRN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Medication Technician (QMAP).
  • Experience as a Home Care Aide.
  • Willingness to pursue further professional development and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents in a memory care setting.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
  • Participate in resident care planning and activities.
