Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kansas.
- Experience in a memory care or dementia care setting is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including full-time days/evenings, part-time, and PRN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Medication Technician (QMAP).
- Experience as a Home Care Aide.
- Willingness to pursue further professional development and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents in a memory care setting.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Participate in resident care planning and activities.
