Peninsula Post-Acute is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. Requirements
- Active California CNA Certification required
- Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 year of CNA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care while assisting residents with daily living activities.
- Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
- Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and restorative care programs.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established care plans.
- Contribute to a positive, resident-focused team environment.
- Follow all facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Support the facility's commitment to excellence in skilled nursing care.
