Requirements
- Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation schedule.
- Compassion, reliability, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance.
- Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members through respectful and compassionate care.
