Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Conduct vital signs and report changes to skilled nursing staff
- Help residents with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
- Assist with medication administration and other treatments as directed
- Respond to resident calls and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
