Requirements
- Current CNA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality care
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass required employment screenings
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
- Monitor and record resident vital signs
- Help residents with mobility, positioning, and meals
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Communicate with nurses and caregivers to support quality care
- Help create a safe and supportive environment for residents
