About The Position
Emplify Health is hiring a CNA for their Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This unit supports patients and their families in developing self-care skills for improved wellness. The role is 0.6 FTE, requiring 48 hours bi-weekly, with 8-hour PM/Nights shifts (6:30pm-3:00am). The position requires working every other weekend and three holidays per year. Requirements
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
- Assist patients and their families in developing self-care skills.
- Work 8-hour PM/Nights shifts.
- Work every other weekend.
- Work three holidays a year.
