About The Position

Emplify Health is hiring a CNA for their Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This unit supports patients and their families in developing self-care skills needed to move toward improved wellness. The position is 0.6 FTE, requiring 48 hours bi-weekly, with 8-hour PM/Nights shifts (6:30pm-3:00am). It also requires working every other weekend and three holidays a year. Emplify Health is a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network serving multiple states.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Assist patients and their families in developing self-care skills.
• Work 8-hour PM/Nights shifts.
• Work every other weekend.
• Work three holidays a year.
