Requirements
- Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
- Observe resident vital signs and promptly report any changes to the nursing leadership.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for all residents.
- Help residents with safe transfers and ambulation as required.
- Participate in care planning, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical records.
