About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses in a Medical Specialty Psychiatric Unit. This position is 0.5 FTE, or 40 hours bi-weekly, with 8-hour night shifts scheduled from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes working every other weekend and three holidays per year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses.
• Work 8-hour night shifts from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Work every other weekend and three holidays per year.
