About The Position

Emplify Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Medical Specialty Psychiatric Unit. The role provides compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses. The position is 0.6 FTE, scheduled for 24 hours weekly (48 hours bi-weekly), with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. Staff work every third weekend and three holidays a year.

Requirements

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients with dementia, cognitive disorders, behavioral health conditions, and other medical diagnoses.
• Work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
• Work every third weekend and three holidays a year.
