About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine healthcare services in clients’ homes. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that offers flexibility to set a schedule suited to the caregiver’s and clients’ needs. The company is driven by a personal commitment to exceptional care and supports energy workers with compassionate, whole-person care. The pay range is USD $18.00–$20.00 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
- Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.
- CNA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Help clients with mobility.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
