Position Summary: Under nursing supervision the Nursing Assistant provides nursing care to patients as assigned by the Registered Nurse. The Nursing Assistant is accountable for patient care they provide during a shift. The Incumbent will be responsible for adhering to the Standards of Nursing Care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers. The individual in this position should have genuine interest in care of the ill and willingness to work under close supervision.
Requirements
- Requires CA Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Requires American Heart Association BCLS Certificate
- Genuine interest in care of the ill
- Willingness to work under close supervision
