The Care Center is an 87-bed, Medicare-certified skilled long-term care facility that includes long-term care, a specialized dementia unit, and a transitional care unit. This role allows team members to build relationships with residents and families while utilizing their nursing knowledge to help residents maintain their abilities and feel respected in their home.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to perform required resident care, transfers, and repositioning using established safety practices

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals.
Support safe transfers, repositioning, and walking using approved equipment and techniques.
Measure and record vital signs, intake and output, and other required observations; promptly report changes to nursing staff.
Assist with range-of-motion exercises, restorative care, and nursing procedures within your role.
Promptly respond to call lights, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, clean resident environment.
