About The Position

Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts – AM, PM, and NOC. This role is in a supportive, resident-focused environment within a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. Whether you’re an experienced CNA or a new graduate, we welcome you to apply and join a team committed to quality care and teamwork.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of California
• Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred
• Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
• Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
• Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
• Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
• Valid CNA certificate
• Government-issued ID
• Social Security card
• Professional references and any additional certifications
