About The Position
Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, CA, where respect, kindness, and teamwork guide all that we do. We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Current First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or senior living settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Promote teamwork and a positive, caring atmosphere.
