About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), state approved Certification required.
- Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Long Term Care, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the implementation of the total patient/resident plan of care which includes activities of daily living (eating, dressing, personal care, toileting), education, recreation and transportation in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of the nursing department.
- Maintains patient/resident privacy and confidentiality.
