Requirements
- Current Florida CNA certification in good standing (required)

Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in every resident interaction
- Follow infection control, safety, and resident care procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
- Help create a positive, supportive environment for residents and coworkers
