Requirements
- Current CNA certification in good standing with the State (must remain active throughout employment)
- Completion of required in-service education (typically 12 hours/year)
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Recent clinical experience or CNA coursework completion
Responsibilities
- Help residents reach their highest potential with respectful, personalized care
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Follow individualized care plans and ensure residents' comfort and safety
- Keep living spaces tidy, organized, and safe
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
